The advertised 3D Crystal price does not include the laser engraving of the background / scenery. If you would like to include background / scenery in the laser engraving as well, please contact us first so that we could provide you with the corresponding quote. 

Our professional work includes the cropping of your photograph, its 3D rending with state-of-the-art software and the laser engraving of the 3D Crystal of your choice. For an additional fee, you have the option to include a beautiful USB-powered LED base.

The Standard design process takes approximately from 3 to 5 business days to be completed plus a week for delivery from the date we have reviewed and approved the photograph to be lasered into the 3D Crystal.

ORDERING PROCESS:

STEP 1. Select your preferred 3D Crystal Size.

STEP 2. Choose the number of people to be laser engraved into the crystal.

STEP 3. Select whether or not to include the LED Base 

STEP 4. Click on the Add to Cart button. Once everything is in your Shopping Cart, please proceed to Checkout and follow the instructions on the screen. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The higher the resolution and picture file quality of the photograph, the better the quality of the finished lasered image will be.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

Due to the personalized nature of our products, once the design process has been started, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded. There will not be any exceptions made as there is cost associated with every single phase of the design process. 

We do reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason and at any time including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or lack of clear and timely communication and/or refusal to provide additional revision details during the design proofing stages.
