How to apply on Nails:
- Shovel the cuticles
- Remove off the cuticles.
- Shape the nail edge.
- Buff the nail surface.
- Clean the nail dust.
- Apply the dehydrator and air dry.
- Apply the primer and air dry 20s.
- Apply the base coat and cure by UV/LED lamp.
- Apply the neon-powder.
- Note to apply the nail edge.
- Apply the top coat and cure by UV/LED lamp.
- Finish.
To remove:
-1. Soak off the nails into acrylic remover for about 5 minutes.
-2. Rip down the whole piece of nail enamel gently on each nail.
How to apply on eyelids:
Using a Flat Shader Brush, apply the Loose Pigment on your lid. You can also use a clean dry finger to apply. To complete this look, buff out the edges with a clean crease or dome shape brush.
