With Colleen and other teachers supporting your journey, we offer beautiful connections with the surrounding plants, allowing us to connect and co-create. Combining practical knowledge and deeper connections, we all grow together.

In-person: Crafting your personal apothecary, integrating herbs into daily life
Final project: Create a dish inspired by an aromatic herb or wild food and a remedy for each classmate for a beautiful exchange of our hands and hearts.

Special Note: A portion of our herbs and medicines will support free community clinics like ours or others in the local or in-need communities.
