To do so, the VerticalBoard Evo comes with monos, two finger pockets, inclined pockets and challenging slopers, while still keeping easy and essential grips to guarantee good warm-ups and progression.
The central handle allows one-armed work-outs and is particularly suitable as an attachment point for an elastic band in order to lighten yourself on various exercises or warm-ups.
The VerticalBoard Evo also includes 10mm depth magnetic inserts to challenge yourself. Afraid of losing the inserts? No problem! You can store them on the magnetic supports located on each side of the hangboard.
